Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes. Investigating problem areas, following the software development life-cycle. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions. Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures. Document and demonstrate solutions. Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products. Mentor junior mid-level engineers and end users.
Possess knowledge of one or two Software programming/ applications, languages/ web based technologies like:
C #, VB .net, J #, Java/ J2EE (OR) ERP packages, Oracle Apps, SAP MS Dynamics. Databases: Oracle 11g, SSRS, Crystal Report, MS SQL Server 2000-2012.
